Capital Investments Limited has a proven track record as a environmentally responsible developer. We have been involved in the growth of the capital city, Belmopan, since 2003. University Heights Phase I was completed in 2004 with 121 home sites in a zoned neighborhood located next to the University of Belize. In February, 2007, we started work on Phase II of this development based on a master plan that provides for 150 home sites.
Physical Infrastructure includes paved streets and street signs, cement curb and gutter drains, fire hydrants, electricity, and water. Amenities include a landscaped 3 acres public park and recreation area with convenience shops.
Capital Investments Limited has provided great urban spaces while adhering to the environmental requirements of oversight agencies. The relationship with the environment is integrated into the master plan from the design stage. In providing for continuous drainage, we utilized the natural contours of the land, thereby preserving the existing topography. The buffer zones of this development will be planted with trees to promote a pleasant environment.
