I always wanted to come back home but was always hesitant due to poor infrastructure, and high crime. University Heights II solved this problem for me and I fully support what the people of Capital Investment are doing.

There are neither limits nor restrictions as to how much property a person or entity can purchase.  However there is a covenant that must be agreed upon before one can purchase any property within the University Heights II compound. This is to ensure the integrity of the compound.
Inland Belize has always been a place to go when you need to get things done, However with the crime and chaos its never been a place to call home. Now University Heights has become a sound investment for me and my family, especially during those long hurricane seasons.
